Autonomous Driving implies the encouragement of the freedom of personal mobility. The cars are places for Private uses to move in as mobile living capsule of people. When all the private spaces become mobile, only public space such as the landscape and the sharing spaces cannot move. New type of complex is arisen. As Highly mobile, it encourages and stimulates the diversification of spaces by allowing people/the cars to create their informal and temporary gathering. And this building for autonomous vehicle can only be established when Private space meet public space.

Our answer crystalized into a gigantic car park as an ONLY FIXED function in the world. with all the other functions can be stored in a vehicle and highly mobile, functions can be parked inside the car park and form a constant changing community.
